Online coaching
How it works
I learn about your lifestyle, barriers to exercise and most importantly, your goals to create a personalised plan that suits you and what you want to achieve. This can include 1:1 online PT sessions with me, or sessions you do in your own time, depending on which option you decide is right for you. In any case, I will be there to support you with check-ins and I’ll adjust the sessions in line with your progress. I’ll be available to chat through any concerns or queries you have, and I’m always open to feedback as to what is working for you and what isn’t and make any changes needed.
Coaching plans
I currently have the following options for working together online:
Coaching plan: £60 a month
This plan will suit you if you're looking for support from a personal trainer to reach your fitness goals, with workouts you can do in your own time.
A tailored coaching programme to follow based on your goals and workout environment via an app.
Weekly check-in calls (up to 30 minutes) to discuss progress and programme adjustments, and answer any questions.
Access to on-demand video workouts.
5% discount available for any 1:1 online sessions.
Coaching Plus plan: £195 a month
This is the 'all-in' plan, including everything from the coaching plan, plus:
Four online one-to-one sessions (45 mins per session) per month via Zoom.
Frequent check-ins from me via messages on an app.
Pay as you go
My PAYG rate for online sessions (45 mins) is £40 an hour.
Other ways we can work together
For in-person sessions you can find me on Fridays at boutique gym, Amovida, in East Horsley, Surrey. Take a look at their website for more information on personal training packages and memberships available with them.
